Support widget controls

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to everyday use.

01

Choose the links

Select the support menu items and pages you want to control.

02

Set access rules

Choose guest visibility, require-login behavior, or hide-from-everyone access.

03

Review the client area

Check the guest and logged-in experience for menus, sidebars, and direct page URLs.

A CLOSER LOOK

Visibility is only part of the picture.

Removing a menu link should work alongside the access rule for its page. Support Menu Controls gives you both.

Require-login rules redirect guests to sign in.

Hide-from-everyone rules return a 403 Access Denied response.

Hide or show network status menu from guests. Respects native permissions for require-login.
